Panhandle Inspection Services Inc. and its employees have been involved in construction for many years. The company was started in 1988 just after Dean Williams graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Building Science. Dean added to his General Contracting business Panhandle Homes Inc. with Panhandle Construction Services, that handles remodeling and commercial construction, and Panhandle Inspections Services that will handle Comprehensive Home Inspections, Wind Mitigations, Roof, Mold, and Four Point Inspections.

Over the last 36 years Panhandle Homes Inc. Has built over 300 custom homes, renovated several hundred homes, completed Comprehensive Home Inspections for over 15,000 clients, and performed over 10,000 Wind Mitigation Inspections and 4 Point and Roof Inspections.

We are trained and experienced in the inspection and customer service trades. Through hours of education, continuing education, and hands on experience we have learned and perfected the processes necessary to analyze the wind protection components of a home. We have the equipment and physical ability to access attics and hard to reach areas, photograph and record all relevant information, and properly compile all data for transfer to the recipients.
